2000 Chevy blazer mileage: 85000. Battery light comes on and stays on after vehicle is running. It starts fine and everything, What would cause my light to come on and stay on? The battery was purchased in mid 2003. Thanks for your help

I would get youre charging system tested, Youre alternator could be giving you the warning sign its going to quit soon.
