2000 Chevy Astro heater fan will not work on High position

The heater fan will work on lo med and 3/4 position but will not work on the high position.

Find the blower motor resistor assembly behind right side of dash remove it and test for power at the orange wire no power there replace the HVAC control assembly-power there replace the blower motor resistor assy. See below
