I have a '94 Astro with 132,000 miles on it. It has always run strong, but lately after it warms up, the idle gets rough. It has died on my wife a few times at a stop. I changed the plugs, cap/rotor, and it made no difference. Hoping it's not injectors. How can I rule them out?

Hi:
You could try an injector cleaner, but if there isn't a dead miss, it's hard to do. I would recommend having the computer scanned for trouble codes. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free. If three is a problem with a sensor, this will identify it. Also, check the vacuum lines for damage or disconnection.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
