MY RADIATOR, HAS A YELLOWISH COLOR FOAM IN IT, WHAT IS THIS CAUSED FROM?

Coolant reacting to metals in radiator/contaminated collant.

Are you using Dex-Cool?

Drain cooling system and block, flush with clean water and refill with a coolant other than Dex Cool.
