Will the coolant getting on my distributor and possibly getting inside it will that cause it to misfire? Also its like 41 degrees outside and I noticed what seemed to be stem or maybe smoke white would that be just from the cold weather

Yes, you should never get any kind of liquid in the distributor. If its white smoke that smells sweet like coolant then you are getting coolant into the combustion chamber, which is a symptom of a head issue. If its just steam from the cold then its obviously no issue.
