The check engine light was blinking so I took it to an auto shop. They replaced the spark plugs, but the light is still blinking and the car is still stalling a little bit. I called them back and they said the light should shut off in a few days. I will be a long distance and I want to make sure it is safe. Is it okay?

Did they scan the car for error codes? If the Jeep is still doing the same things as before than would take it back to them. If the light is still blinking and you cannot get a scan you may be able to clear the error codes by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes then hook it back up. In order for the computer to completely reset the jeep would have to be drive over fifty miles. The light blinking will keep blinking until the problem is checked.
