Charging system

Brand new battery and alternator installed. Reading 12.6 volts car off. Start 12.6 volts. Returned alternator, installed. No change same voltage. Test light big wire hot. Four prong plug has one wire that gets hot when key comes on. Jumper wire from battery (+) and touched the others briefly to see if voltage changed. No change, not up or down. Any ideas?

I have attached the charging system wiring schematic for you to reference. The first thing I need you to check is fuse number 15. It is an 80 amp fuse between the alternator and the battery. It is located in the under hood fuse box.

Sorry, but I had to break the schematic into two pictures for it all to fit.

Let me know what you find.
