When I’m doing anywhere from 25 mph to35 mph and around 55 mph to 70 mph my vehicle has a vibration and feels like it’s sputtering hesitating, but if you let off gas pedal or give it a little pedal it goes away. You can see the tachometer start to jump a little but not much, I’d say 500 800 rpm's. Does it as well when going up a incline. There’s no codes or misfires. Can someone please help?

Good morning,

Sounds like you have a torque converter shutter. That is when the clutches slip in the torque converter under a load.

To confirm, you can go to a parts store and get the additive for the shutter. Add it to the transmission and drive it. It should take effect in about 10-15 miles. If that stops it, the torque converter is bad and must be replaced. If it does not stop it then we need to look elsewhere.
