Can anyone send me a link to a video showing how to replace a catalytic converter on my car?

There can be two methods of attachment, bolt on, this is straight forward, when cool to touch undo attach bolts at the flanges and remove, install new catalytic converter with new gaskets, do not use any sealant and re bolt up. If welded, it will have to be cut off and a new catalytic converter re-welded into place. this will have to be done by a work shop if you do not have welding equipment.

It is a bolt on one, the thing is where it bolts to the engine I cannot tell whether it is a nut and bolt or if the nut is on a fixed stud. If its nut and bolt do i have to move something under the hood to reach the bolt heads with a wrench because there is no room underneath.

Manufactures can vary the attachment, you should be able to see if it is a welded stud or nut, look with a torch and a mirror if required, engine end i would expect nuts to come off fixed studs, ad you normally have to use extension bars to gain access, you wont get up close to access with normal spanners, sockets and extensions and universal joints will be the go here.
