When I'm putting my car into D it won't do. Most times it takes a second to go into D other times it takes a while. I was told to get my transmission service, but a flush will mess up the car. I told to get some Seafoam Transmission Addctive. I don't know what to do. I don't want to mess up my car. What should I do? Please help.

The trans fluid must be Nissan only, of if its low put it back to full but check when transmission is warm so drive at least 10-15 miles.

The car wrong transmission fluid was drained and replaced with the right transmission fluid. Seafoam transmission additive was added too. Will this fix the problem?
