Transmission not engaging?

Once car is started I go to put it in drive and it goes no where. Have replaced fuel pump etc.

You have a transmission problem, first I need to know if when you do put it in gear and rev the engine, is there any signs of it loading up or trying to drive? If not you need to get the line pressures tested as you may have a failed transmission oil pump, also just ensure that the transmission is actually selecting gears, with engine off, select each gear and make sure that the selector is moving on the transmission, start here.
