Code P0443, this code will not stay off and I am getting codes for the EGR and all my oxygen sensors now as well?

i have changed everything that I could change on the evap system and the P0443 code won't stay off and i am getting codes for the EGR and all my oxygen sensors now as well. I have changed the purge solenoid and the cannister valve and the EGR valve. I have tried to clear it out, but it keeps coming back on.
