Car hops after pressing brakes hard and bumping a curb

I bought my car used I love it
The girl who had it blew head gasket so I had new engine installed. The mechanic did not tell us when he installed it that he cracked the input out sensor on it. It was a dream to drive first nice car I have owned. After about two months it was doing great and I put gas in it and about two days later it bunny hopped then the rpm's revved and the speedometer bounced. I stopped the car turned it off and it was fine. Then the service traction came on and off several times then stopped. I went to town 4.5 miles was in a hurry slammed on brakes to stop and bumped curb with right tire not hard.
It started hopping again this time however it would not stop. After about three hours got it home temperature went up. Drained gas tank and parked it.
After that, left it parked. Ordered new input output sensor installed it changed transmission fluid and put five quarts in it as they told me. However, I bought nine as per what I was told, started drove down road boom did it again. Now there is a noise when you turn car on and try to drive it, no luck. Help it is the only car I have and I do not know what to do.

No check engine light ever. The only alert that has popped up has been tire pressure sensor and ABS traction control several times then went off. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
