CAM sensor and VVT replaced still getting codes P0365 and P0366

I replaced the cam sensor and cam solenoid (VVT) due to error codes p0014, 0365, 0366. After replacing and clearing the 065 and 066 came back after running and shutting off the engine. Unrelated I had the p0495 fan speed high. I was not able to replace the fan clutch yet because I didn't have to clutch tool. I have read that there might be a re-learn procedure needed on a mechanic level diagnostic computer. I asked a mechanic and he said he never heard of it. I could only ohm the two sensors they're in range and checked for voltage (11.86) in spec per the online information. I am trying to avoid a trip to the shop as the mechanic said he may need a couple day to diagnose which equals big money. Any ideas?

Hello,

This code comes up when the camshaft actuator is not working right which can be because of low/dirty/weak engine oil. I would change the oil using 10/40 oil and then clear the codes to see what happens. These guides should help:
