2005 Cadillac STS sunroof

Sunroof has a mind of its own. Opens part way only. When engine is shut down it opens part way and closes over and over on its own. I lifted the battery cable and reinstalled it. I checked the fuse under the back seat marked for the sunroof and it did not feed it at all. Where do I start?

Unless there are certain circumstances, isn't this vehicle under warranty still, or did it meet the time deadline? The problem may be as simple as a reprogram. It could be possible that it thinks it is closing or opening against something and false reversing.
