My vehicle after hitting 100,000 miles has been burning oil very fast. The oil isnt leaking from the engine anywhere nor is the any blue or excessive exhaust. I recently drove about 600 miles after a complete oil change (Fram filters, Synthetic blend oil, Lucas oil stabalizer) and it read a little over a millimeter. I am wondering where is the oil going and what could I do to remedy the situation. Also with this type of problem should I be looking for a new vehicle.

Acceptable oil consumption for your vehicle is 1 quart in 2000 miles. If you are changing the oil yourself, and know that it starts at the full mark, this will give an indication of the rate. If there are no external leaks to consider, and the usage is more than accepted, I would have a piston/ring cleaning procedure performed. You show to be only putting about 15k miles on it a year, and I don't know your driving habits. In most cases, the rings can get stuck from carbon, and allow more oil to get into the combustion chamber, and you will not notice excessive smoke.
