my speedometer gas guage and heat/ac.

i have an 1986 caddilac deville 4 door sedan 8 cylinder, and for some reason my speedometer wont work as well as my mileage reader or gas guage its all digital. the first thing i did was checked the fuses and their all new now but that didnt help. can you?

there is no relay for the cluster , only fuses ,its no real hard to do , you can pull the cluster out and check for power , if you have power there may be a damaged circuit board on the cluster , there is a power inverter under the center of the dash ,

also check fuse #7 and #17
