1994 Cadillac Deville V8 Two Wheel Drive

brake lights have gone crazy pedal switch has been replaced along w bulbs. When headlights are on or off middle or bottom bulb on passenger side dims down or dies?

You probably have one or more bad sockets with open grounds. Take them all out of the taillamp assemblies, create an isolate ground with a jumper wire, and touch the brass of each bulb. Do this with the hazards on, or side to side with the turn signals on respectively, and observe any changes. The one that makes a change when grounded, has an open ground.
