You may need to install an auxiliary trans oil pump that circulates fluid through the lubrication circuit via the cooler lines. I am not sure where to find these, RV or parts store would be a guess. I have seen them on vehicles. There is nothing in the trans to move fluid without engine rotation, and rotating parts would eventually be sacrificed.
