WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE REAR SPARK PLUGS ON A NORTHSTAR V8 IN A 92 CADILLAC DEVILLE?

You would not have a northstar in a 92 deville. Deville didn't receive the nothstar until the 94 concours. The easiest way to get to the plugs on an early northstar is to remove the ignition module holddown bolts, disconnect the rear plug wires at the plugs and move it all forward(mark the wires for proper installation), and then change the plugs.
