When you get a engine rebuilt for a shop, doesn't that include timing chain, oil pump and harmonic balancer? These guys at Transaction Transmission are re-building my 429 Engine and they say that, that's not included in re-building my engine...? What do you think about that?

Timing Chain and Oil Pump I would think should be included. Since it is a rebuild most will reuse the Balancer as long as it is usable.
