I first thought that the windows wouldn't go up because the door wasn't closed hard enough. But the radio seems to have more effect on them.
When I first got the car I programed the local radio stations which were different than the previous owners. What happens is when the radio station I programed is on every tihing works. But after a little while the radio shuts off and when it comes back on the old radio stations are liisted and nothing works. Not the windows, power seat, door locks, lights on the driver door panel. This situation will happen and then the next time I get into the car the radio will have the stations I liisted on it and everything is ok. It wouldn't be bad but lately this switching has started to happen more often
and when I need to lower the window I can't.
The owners manual says that you can program your radio and other items to suit your needs but it says you can do it for two different people. Can that be the conflict. Do I need to to have the computer reset like it was from the factory.

That would not cause the windows, seats, and door locks not to work. Are these truly non-functional? The radio stations can change, if it switches from driver one, two, etc. The only thing else that may change is seat position, but it won't go inoperative.
