Keep getting this code over and over again dealership can't seem to find anything wrong. I clear the code and it comes back in a few days but not immediately -- My question, is it dangerous to drive the car? I was told by a repair person if the light is not blinking it's not a problem is that true?

In your title you listed a p0128, if that is the code, the description for that code is thermostat not regulating temperature, or too long to reach operating temp. My guess is that you have a thermostat that is stuck open, or opens prematurely. It is not dangerous, you will just use more fuel, and long term may cause oil related issues, like sludge. If you are regular about maintenance, you should not have an issue with the latter. You may notice the heater is not as hot.
