Buzzing Noise when pushing on Brakes

When I push in the brakes there is a buzzing noise coming from the relay. I want to know what is and I want to know if it has anything to with the radio too? Because my radio keeps cutting out.

Probably a faulty relay, failing relays often shot gun. That is make and brake rather than lock in and this causes the buzz, replace the relay and this should fix the problem, if you have further issues re post on this thread and I will get a notification.
