Oil Pressure

1995 Buick, Skylark 96K miles coupe. Sometimes as I drive my oil pressure will go up and down on the guage. Is this normal? And what IS the average or normal oil pressure supposed to be for this type of vehicle? Also it squeals alot sounds like the serpentine belt as the noise is constant wheather I'm moving or idling at a stop sign. If my belt is the right size how can I make it stop squealing.

For the belt it may be time for a new belt, and a new tensioner. Not holding enough tension. Oil pressure, 5psi warm idle, 34-34psi 2500rpm. Ballpark! Yes gauge moves!
