When the problem occurs, if it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. You can carry a known good spark plug or spark tester in the glove box, it won't get hot. Use gloves and/or spark plug wire puller, take plug wire loose from plug, Use known good plug in the plug boot. Ground metal part of plug to metal part of engine, watch for spark. If spark everywhere use a gage and check fuel pressure, don't let gas spray all over a hot engine. Safety is your responsibility. Any applicable codes?
