and it changes from first to second it is just like
you put it in neutral let off the gas for a second or two then it change and do good

If I understand, the trans is slipping? You can check the fluid level (engine running) and even change trans filter.

Beyond that, have trans checked at trans shop. Slipping will very quickly ruin the trans and cause a major overhaul.
So have trans shop diagnose problem before any serious damage.
