The windshield washer motor will not pump. I have replaced it with a used one and a new one they do not pump. It does appears I have power to the pump, but my test light does look dim.

Buick Regal 1998 with 160,000 miles 3.8 liter engine.
The windshield washer motor will not pump. I have replaced it with a used one and a new one they do not pump. It does appears I have power to the pump, but my test light does look dim.
