2003 Buick Regal I think its the ECM?

My car wont start and the key is stuck in the ignition. The gages andlights are going crazy. The lights are flickering and the gages are going back and forth. Is this the ECM, and what can I do?

If the engine refuses to start and the gauges are going crazy, it could be a couple things. I would start by having the body control module (BCM) tested to make sure it is okay. ALso, just for the heck of it, check for ground problems. Make sure the one to the engine block is clean and tight, the battery terminals are clean and tight, and check for body grounds that are loose, rusted, or broken.
