There isn't a procedure persay. They are tough. To get them from the top is almost impossible. When I do them, I access them from under the vehicle. If you have access to a lift, that is the easiest way. If not, safely lift and secure the front of the car as best you can. From that point, you need to get under the car and R&R them.
