2001 Buick Regal Screaching noise

My car tries starting on its own when I turn it off and the key is out of the ignition. The sound that it makes, is the sound it would make if it was running and I turned the ignition. The other day it was running and it started making the noise too. Its a really high pitched screaching. Almost like my ignition has a mind of its own right now. Any ideas?

Look carefully in this diagram.
my first suspect will be the starter relay in the fuse block underhood. relay contact keep energizing for some reason.
Replace the relay with a good one. if relay is good then the problem may be in the ignition switch, contact trying to get to each other without the help of the key.check to see if you have power there.
