2001 Buick Regal Oil Pressure issue

Car seems like the oil pressue is to high.reason it will blow the gasket out the side of the oil filter and blow oil ..I have tried different brands of filters no change . any ideas? Could it possible be the oil pump relief valve? if so what are my options? Thnks.

Get an oil pressure tester -remove the oil sending unit-hook it up and check pressure-still too high replace the oil pump. Or you can open it up and check the oil pressure relief valve why its not opening to relieve the pressure.
