I can start the car so I know I got pressure. Put when I do get it started it seems to run fine as long as im giving it gas. Once I lay of the gas it stalls out. I have replaced the fuel filter which was pretty much clogged. And my fuel pump is turning on everytime. What is my next step to figuring this damn car out?

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and see what happens.

I have checked the ideal air control valve and checked out the fuel injectors. Do you think im doin all this work for nothing and my fuel pump is just dying on me? Because now its soundin pretty rough when it is running and when I give it gas it seems like its starving for it.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out a weak fuel pump and defective fuel pressure regulator to include testing the TPS and MAP sensors.
