1992 Buick Regal Stumbling, Stalling and rough Idle

My 92 regal stalls constantly and the revs jump and it wants to accelerate not much about 500 rpm. Have checked spark plugs & wires, air intake, put in fuel injector cleaner and cleaned the air idle valve and the throttle body. Battery is fairly new and alternator is fine, but as the buick struggles to maintain idle the lights interior and exterior dim slightly, PLEASE HELP

Hi:
The lights dimming slightly is due to the low idle. Have you chcked for vacuum leaks? Also, have you had the computer scanned for trouble codes? Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free, so I recommend having it done.

To me, it sounds like a throttle position sensor problem, but I can't be sure without the scan.
