1990 Buick Regal check engine light on

Engine Performance problem
1990 Buick Regal 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200k miles

On scanner I get a code 22 TPS is low, on scanner the TPS angle is registering on any opening of throttle but the voltage is not it is 00 volt, wires from the ECM to TPS checking with an Ohmmeter they are OK also the ref voltage 5 volts is there to the TPS will you advise.

I would double check the scanner readings with a digital volt meter. If there is no voltage on the signal wire, I don't know how the computer can determine throttle angle.

It may just be a faulty sensor. I used to have an instructor tell me, if you can cause the opposite code to set, then the wiring circuits and computer should be ok.
