1989 Buick Regal

I have a 89 buick regal its been acting real funky. I put new crank postion sensor and spark plugs and wires along with fuel filter. The car idles lower than it should. When I have it in drive and im giving it gas it cuts out then comes back cuts out and then comes back but it dont come back unless I let of the gas pedel. Today it actually drove fine except it idle low to where it would die at a stop sign. Then later on it started acting up to where I could barely touch the gas pedel then it would just die on me.I also replace the ingniton control modual.I have no clue what the problem is.
