1986 Buick Regal oil smoke

Ok I have a 1986 buick regal with a chevy camaro 350 in it an jus recently I changed spark plugs an wires an theres no oil on neither but now when I get on it smoke starts to fill the inside of my car an im not sure where its coming from but when its in park it doesnt do it until im driving also I have excessive white smoke coming from my tailpipes at all times. What can I do to fix this problem

The white smoke sounds like a bad head gasket. Have you checked compression to see if there is a low cylender? Has any coolant mixed with the engine oil? As far as the smoke in the car, is it white too? Could it be a coolant leak in the heater core or does it smell like oil?
