Electrical problem
1999 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

radio does not turn on. Icheckrd the fuse under the seat and it was good. Is thier another fuse or is the on-off switch bad?

If the display is on and the time is correct, suspect a problem in the radio. If there's no display, look for a blown fuse for the station preset / clock memory circuit. It's usually tied in with some other circuit that is always live, such as the horn, interior lights, or possibly the cigarette lighter.
