I have very high miles on my car because I travel a lot(279564 to be exact). Whats the best way that I can keep my car running @ top performance before I have to worrying about engine problems due to the high mileage. Its not giving me any now, but I just want to know. It looks like you are already doing a great job. All I can tell you is preventative maintenance. Keep the oil changed, coolant full and clean, and all other fluids serviced. Also, keep filters clean such as the air filter, fuel filter.

THe engine in your car is a good one and will last a while longer if you contunue doing what you must have already been doing.
