1994 Buick Park Avenue Engine Idle very high

Hi, I have a 1994 Buick Park Avenue with a 3800 engine in it. A few weeks ago it started acting funny, It will idle real high when you put the car in Park like at almost 3,000 RPM's and when driving it as it does that it seems as if wants to take off like your pressing the gas pedal. It also will not let the diagnostic tool communicate with the vehicel. So I changed the ECM (the Brain) on the car it still will not communicate and it still Idle's high Please help me! My next step is to change the idle air control valve, and the throttle position sensor and also the mass air flow sensor, air temp sensor, and the coolant temp sensor. Oh yeah the vacc hoses to. I hope I dont have to get all of the parts I have listed on here. In dyer need of help!

I have the same car I had the same problem change iac and tps then one day the car over heated the fan wasent comeing on so after testing scan would pull code eather the fan relay went bad dr side above fule canster there are 3 realys 2 are tide in to fan and other things share code read tps well any way I change all 3 for $45.00 and car was good to go I thought I was just fix fan but when I started car idle was smoth and right where it should be and could read codes all was fine again change them 3 relays and that will go away hope I helped I change all my sensor frist was right price e later

After the car is running for awhile, the automatic engine shut off kicks in and the car will not go above 20 mph and it jerks when your foot is on the gas. I changed the blower control module over the winter because the heat was not working.

What three relays are you talking about and where are they located? I don't have a diagram of the relays under the hood. Could you tell me from left to right the 3 relays you are talking about Please?

Dr side under the hood trereis a plastic pice over them the cover is in the front by head light under it is the fule canster horn the 3 relays are on the quter panal wall right above fule canester
