Well my question is to find out what to do next. It is running really bad and the check engine light comes on every now and then, like it's miss firing. We put new wires and plugs in last week and it didnt help. Today I had the ignition module and the coil packs tested and they were fine. So we would like some insight. Thank you

Pull the code/s from the computer by jumping A to B in the DLC this is your starting point finding out what's really going on

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
