1992 Buick Lesabre Blower motor

My blower motor started working on and off about a month ago and now it stopped all together. Is there a relay in the system. Any help would be great

Chances are the heater motor is shot. Usually when they are about to go, in colder weather they will start to make a noise till it warms up. In colder weather they will quit completely.I have taken a hair dryer and heated up the motor and got it working and it worked while warm but had to be replaced.
