1983 Buick Electra TPS R&R

I have an '83 Electra estate wagon with the Olds 307ci engine and electrically controlled carb. I need to know how to change the TPS so I can get it to pass emissions. I've been having quite a bit of trouble getting info on it. GM's dealer service information site only shows the tsb's for the car. If you can help that would be fantastic. Thanks.

They have two mounting bolts, an some have screws, some for them are made where they have to be drilld out, an other you can use a wrench.
