Engine Performance problem
1996 Buick Century 6 cyl 161789 miles

I just bought a 96 Buick Century and the battery needed ti charge, I drove it for awhile and it died. I charged the battery again it started, I drove and it died again. I bought the car from the auto auction so it is any as is deal.
Any help you can give is appreciated.

You should take the vehicle to an auto parts store and have them test your electrical system. They will test the battery, starter, and alternator.

Do happen to see the battery light on the dash turn on while you are driving?
