Heater blower stopped working after crossing railroad crossing. It came back on temporarily 2 or 3 times but then went off completely. I checked all fuses and relays but nothing seemed wrong with them. What else could be the problem?

Take the blower connector loose, use jumpers off the battery posts, B+ and ground, to see if the motor will run? You probably should use an inline fuse on the jumper, just in case. For a two wire connector, black is ground and the other is B+.

Any time you check a fuse, you also have to check that the circuit to the fuse is hot, when it should be, some go hot when you turn on the key, some are hot all the time.

I've seen bad brushes in a motor cause intermittent operation. You could also do some testing at the blower relay.
