One day my car started to make some kind of ticking noise when I press the gas. Maybe a week later it just cut off and wouldn't crank. Had my coil pack replaced it didn't start. Had position censor replaced it didn't start. Had water pump and timing belt replaced it started but still had ticking noise and after I drove it two days it started hesitating so I took it and had it put on machine to tell me what the problem was. So I then had my sparks plugs replaced. It drove but still has clicking noise and still hesitating so I took it back to have it put on machine and the machine says ITS NOT FIRING. I don't know what to do now.

Check fuses and try resetting security system so it will start then have the ticking noise checked by a local guy. Since we can't hear it. If no manual look online for your car on how to do it

Could my transmission, motor, or heads be going out the reason for the knocking noise?

Without me physically hearing it I can not give a diagnosis for that that is why you should have a local pro listen to this
