Boiling water

My truck engine is getting hot also stemming water by spark plugs and intake exhaust I just put new water pump and thermostat and still over heating. Water in radiator is still standing still water is not dropping.

Try pressure checking cooling system for a head gasket leak it may have one then when hot check for cold spots on radiator with engine off and if electric fan disconnected. If any cold spots radiator is bad.
