Trying to locate where I can purchase Body Weatherstripping?

The weatherstripping on the Body inside the driver door is in pretty bad condition and needs to be replaced.
I was told the part number is 19168241.
Is this the correct number for my car.
Is there an aftermarket weatherstripping that can substitute.. That part number I have, if it's the right one, has been discontinued. i have found a couple places who claim they have it. Would a 08 Cadillac CTS or DTS have the same molding, possibly interchangeable?
