Hi I have problems with my x5 2005 sonroof suddenly snaps back and saw I did not want to read that you can leave the back and fixed the main crystal can continue to function normally is this true I thank you for your help if they could Prosesa put a picture of it would be great Thanks

It's software, BMW replaced the motor due to an over sensitive anti-trap safety circuit. If you "inch" it closed you will be good to go. If there were a possibility of closing the sunroof and never opening it again, would you be OK with that?
