I want to save money by doing my own tune up on my BMW X3. It is the M series (higher performance engine, etc) and I have the VIN (WBXPC93427WF12056). I assume plugs, filters but I don't know what else. Anything to help in these tough economic times would be appreciated.

Thanks. Any suggestions as to plugs? I will probably go to AutoZone. What shall I ask for? A certain brand or type?

Realoem. Com will give you the correct selection. I like to use the NGK or Bosch plugs, either are good. Autozone is as good as any place to get what you need.
